AT&T Digital Life Online Storefront
AT&T & VX partnered to develop the website & solutions for a new line of products & services called DigitalLife – a state-of-the-art remote monitoring & automation platform that enables users to control their homes’ energy & security systems via computer or smartphone. A requirement was to develop an interactive solution that allows customers to visually construct a virtual animation of their residence so the system can customize & recommend the necessary products & services available through DigitalLife solutions.
VX developed a digital ecosystem tying together products & services fully managed by AT&T product group & marketing team in which these elements can be added & updated for public education or as an upsell opportunity for an existing subscriber base. VX’s efforts resulted in a dynamic interactive presentation for DigitalLife. This project required a ground up build that integrated with AT&T Security, Ops, IT & Wireless back office systems including scheduler, billing, e-commerce & a full range of company services: catalogs, installation scheduling, services availability qualifier, marketing rules engine, authentication/authorization systems, & payment services.

MOBILE PHONE APP
VX services were retained to design, develop and deliver a native application for AT&T. From onset, the challenge was to meet an overly aggressive delivery timeline that was based on the introduction and launch schedule for a new line of products and services, in which VX’s role was to take a leadership role and augment AT&T’S internal IT team to deliver a mobile application across all (iOS, Android, & Window) devices, the project required development & integration with client’s web-services, store-front & back-office systems.
Digital Life App is a ground-up native application based on most recent operating platforms. Integrating with AT&T’s APIs, CRM and back-office systems where the customer facing solution required real-time access to IoT devices and support for push notification, messaging, multimedia and live streaming video. This customized application was certified across all domestic wireless service providers, our team members where able to execute & deliver approved itunes and App store native application for a comprehensive set of handsets.
This application was delivered to AT&T for its internal trials & subsequently was most notably featured on Microsoft Live App store, where it has received numerous accolades.

SARA BENGUR SHOP
Sara Bengur Shop engaged VX to build an e-commerce web solution with very stringent requirements. It had to integrate with the existing back office APIs that allow the storefront to connect to the warehouse in real-time, with a user interface of the highest design caliber.
VX researched the available options for e-commerce software & logistics providers and recommended Prestashop as the best fit for Sara Bengur Shop. We customized the application to meet the client’s concierge service requirements, starting with the clean, minimalist front-end design. We developed the back-end to include a real-time connection to the client’s white-glove logistics and produce delivery, where inventory is tracked & updated. Under the hood, to process the shopping basket, Sara Bengur Shop required implementation of secure connection protocols for compliance with specific privacy standards, integration with the card processor, back-office integration with warehouse, supply chain and shipper tracking APIs to confirm product availability and shipment details - this content is made compatible for users desktop browsers and mobile devices.

TaskAT&T Digital Life required the design & development of an online portal that was refined for mobile handset and smartphone user experience whereby access to storefront pages were optimized & did not a require custom plugin. The requirements addressed all known mobile browsers including Safari & Chrome.
SolutionVX design & development team optimized web interface user experience for mobile on Apple iOS and Google Android platforms, & a responsive package was created & implemented to allow all mobile device user access to the Digital Life website and its online set of tools. The implementation leveraged server side framework & HTML5 coding on the client to integrate consistent content appropriate for the screen size and device capabilities without making compromises. The outcome was an elegant execution of technology & design.
